Philosophical ideas in the world today can only be effective if they reach the majority of individuals. The momentary situation is as follows: most people can read and write but never gain complete knowledge of western culture. And it is precisely these people who are the knowers, thinkers and doers of our day. They can fulfil their task all the better the more they attain insight into the full extent of great visions and critical differentiation. Therefore it is absolutely necessary in hours of contemplation for all people to concentrate on making the essentials as simple, as clear, and as communicable as possible without loss of profundity.
